*FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS

We aim to send our deliveries out the same or next working day (Monday to Friday). Our standard delivery is Tracked 48 with Royal Mail. You can specify Tracked 24 also with Royal Mail. Your goods can be delivered to your work or a different address than the billing address.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 provides you with four points of tracking throughout the delivery. If you are unavailable to accept the package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. You can now leave a note to instruct the Postman to leave the parcel in a safe place. If the item has not been collected within 3 weeks the package will be returned to us. You will then be required to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given less the postage costs. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods a full refund will be given. Postage is recorded and therefore we should be able to trace the goods.

Please note we can only deliver items within the UK and Southern Ireland.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (UK Mainland, NI, Highlands & Islands) FREE - Delivered within 2 – 3 working days when ordered by 3pm.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (UK Mainland Only) - £4.99 - Delivered within 24 hours if ordered by 1pm Monday-Thursday. For orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order will be dispatched the next working day.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED (SOUTHERN IRELAND) - £17.99

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To return an item please follow these few steps to ensure that any returns are processed swiftly and efficiently:

1.     The item must be returned in the original unused condition within 14 days of purchase and received by us within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your completed returns form. This can be downloaded by clicking here. Please note: We have extended our returns policy until the 15th of January 2024 for orders placed from the 28th November 2023 until the 31st December 2023.

2.     Return the goods by printing a returns form and attaching the address label to your package. Alternatively, use the below address:

3.     All products that are returned due to being faulty will have the cost of postage refunded. To do this, please send the items back via 2nd Class recorded delivery. Items that are returned for any other reason will have to be sent at your expense.

4.     Any items that have been worn will not be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing fault.

5.     We understand that customers must make sure that the product fits therefore we ask that you try them on a surface that will not dirty or scuff them.

6.     We will try to process all returns within 7 working days from receipt of the returned item. We will send you an email to confirm when we have processed your return. Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please remember to get a proof of postage and retain until a refund has been received. We cannot refund any items lost in the post.
